SUMMARY:Rhythms
DESCRIPTION:‘Rhythms’ features new work by Kati Gausmann (Berlin) and Miranda Blennerhassett (Dublin). \nTheir practices are united by an interest in time\, repetition and rhythm.buy metformin online https://noprescriptionrxbuyonline.com/metformin.html no prescription\n Whether it is working with the vast timescale of geology\, or the more intimate timescale of hours spent in the act of creating traditional decorative craftwork\, both artists use repetitive\, accumulative physical gestures that mark the passing of time. In this respect\, the practices of the artists are also characterised by movement: as a theme and as an essential moment of execution. \nThe exhibition consists of works on paper which relate to traditional Icelandic embroidery patterns\, as well as to stony traces shaped by the geological processes of Iceland. Both artists are currently undertaking residencies at SíM. \nOpening hours:\nThursday 16th | 17 – 20 pm\nFriday 17th– Sunday 19th | 12 – 6 pm

SUMMARY:The Lost Poet
DESCRIPTION:Breasts left unfed emit colourful light. \nThe suns illuminate the landscapes and faces shadow. \nTake the lollipop and press it against the tongue of the void. \nShiny dust we will taste and burst into pearly tears of ocean\, of ocean\, of ocean. \nThey will be flying underwater with their feet\, legless feet\, toeless feet. \nDrown me in your clear waters for I can be your stone. \nFeathers have always belonged to you. \nFor their first solo exhibition\, titecotu created a series of paintings illustrating poems and feathery creatures. \ntitecotu is a multidisciplinary artist with a passion for the experimental side of creating. With an initial focus on comprehensive pencil drawings\, their art has evolved to incorporate a variety of techniques\, mediums and forms of expression\, including\, but not limited to\, illustration\, storytelling\, painting and the use of various natural and recycled materials to create curious sculpted works. They have a background in improv\, theatre and performative games. For titecotu\, art is a doorway to disassemble our learned perceptions and patterns. \nOpening hours: 11:00 – 19:00
