Beginning of the czech national anthem is the question where is my home. So I tried to find people who left their country to find their new home here in Iceland. Most of the artist living here find their endless inspiration in the icelandic landscape and unique nature, so different to the middle european country.

Tónlistarmaðurinn Jitka Hermankova spilar tónlist við opnun sýningarinnar.
„Heima er ekki þaðan sem þú ert, heldur þar sem þú finnur ljós þegar myrkvar“
Upphaf tékkneska þjóðsöngsins er spurningin hvar er heimili mitt. Svo ég reyndi að finna fólk sem yfirgaf landið sitt til að finna nýtt heimili hér á Íslandi. Flestir listamenn sem hér búa finna endalausan innblástur í íslensku landslagi og einstakri náttúru sem er svo ólík mið-Evrópulandinu Tékklandi.
